Job Description

Scope of responsibilities:

Liaise with customers, attend to their request and reply to them base on company directions
Organize for samples to customer
Coordinate with suppliers on raw material & packaging selection and development together with the Procurement Team
Coordinate internally the launching of new projects with Production, Quality, Store, etc…
Follow up on customer PO, graphic development and related approval before issuing the internal memo and first order review.
Create design when required
Prospect for potential customers, attend trade show and develop business with the company directions
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics

Ensure customer satisfaction as a top priority
Carry any additional responsibility required within the scope of the function.
Qualifications :

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field
1 ~ 3 years of experience in sales
Experience dealing with international companies and complex organizations
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Excellent client service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
Proven ability to achieve sales results.
