Looking for an Interior Designer at a Junior Executive level.
Job Responsibilities
- Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, visuals.
- Propose and design new concept to each client according to their desired needs.
- Work closely with the sales manager on conceptual designs, presentations, designs development and production.
- Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, carpentry work and etc.
- Liaise with team and supplier during and current progress of all ongoing projects.
- Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules as well as preparing and presenting design presentations.
- To attend site visit, site measurement and meeting with client.
- To prepare project progress report and materials wastage report for management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in residential & commercial interior design projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCad & 3D Studiomax, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, MS Office.
- Good team player with strong commitment and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
